CT Cathie Fall Colours

Hi everyone,
Cathie here with my inspiration project for the Fall Colours Challenge.
I will admit it does seem a little bit weird to me talking about Fall; as here in Australia we are in Spring, but I do love the colours of Fall or Autumn, depending on where you are in the world.

Without further ado - here is my card

This is Floral 6, it has been created so well that the shadows are already worked out for you, meaning this is great for any colouring medium, novices to expert colorist alike.
Of course no flower is complete without some sparkle with my wink of stella pen.

I have coloured her with Graph It Markers and mounted her onto both Kraft card and deep red card, the backing card is from last year's Hunkydory Autumn Collection, I used a sentiment two discs and I added a couple of punched butterflies

Wednesday Inspiration - Fall Colors

Hi, Diane here with a Fall Colors inspiration card.  I used a Fitztown image from a set of images called Vintage.  They are available in either colored or black and white. I needed a quick card this week and it was wonderful to have this great image available all ready to use.  I think it  makes a great masculine card.  If the images are not in the store yet you can write to: sales@fitztown.com and supply a link to this post.  They will be happy to help you.

CT Ema - Fall Colors

Ema here with Tuesday's inspiration for you! We'd love nothing more than to have you join us for Challenge #53 - Fall Colors! This is my most favorite time of year. I love the colors, sounds and smells of the autumn season. Especially the food! Can we talk apple pies, roasted pumpkin seeds, pumpkin bread, butternut squash soup and, my personal favorite, apple crisp? Then... there's all the fun family activities! We use to live in New Hampshire and we really got into visiting what I named Pumpkin Town and Scarecrow City. The names imply what they mean and I'll let your imagination go wild! Then the apple picking, bonfires, tailgating at football games, pumpkin carving, hayrides, corn mazes, fall festivals and my most favorite was always putting on a big comfy sweater, worn comfortable boots and going for a hike. I absolutely loved breathing in the cool, crisp air, watching the many colored leaves floating around and listening to the crunch of the leaves under my feet, better yet, kicking at a pile of leaves and see the leaves go up and flutter back down. So this image from Fitztown reminded me, first, of my dad's cowboy boots. Worn, dark and deeply loved. My dad LOVED wearing his cowboy boots. He was a Southern Baptist minister and was almost always dressed in Sunday best and dress shoes so I know it was a real treat for him when he got to wear jeans and boots. Second, memories of those long hikes I loved to take my kids on just to take in all that autumn offers the senses!

It's Lynn here with the latest challenge at Fitztown.  This is a wonderful challenge in my opinion; use Fall Colours.  Who doesn't love the rich colours of fall; and it's so easy to incorporate them on a card or project, especially at this time of the year!

Good morning, Fitztown! Please help Fitztown's Creative Team and me welcome Tanya Johnson as our newest member of the team.

Here's what she'd like you to know about her:

Hi, my name is Tanya Johnson and I am 37 years old. I am married to my childhood sweetheart and together we have a beautiful daughter named Abby who is 7 and who also loves doing crafts alongside me. I have been crafting for 16 years and have enjoyed seeing myself grow as a crafter over that time. You can usually find me crafting after my daughter goes to bed which then allows me to unwind after a busy day both at work and home. I love making cards but every once in a while I may create a scrapbook page or an altered item. I enjoy sharing my work with others in hopes of giving inspiration to others.  When I’m not creating something, you can most likely find my nose in a book, which is my other passion.

Creative Inspiration from Lynn

Well it's my turn to provide you with some creative inspiration for this week's challenge here at Fitztown.

This week the challenge is Fantasy and I've used this wonderful new image FAE Fairy Cameo, which can be found at Morgan's FaeWorld.

I coloured her with Copics and used some chalks to add some subtle colour to the background. I used some bling on the bottom corner of the card which reminded me a bit of the pattern in her dress.  The wings are blue/gray and have a touch of sparkle to them.

I had a great time with this image and even coloured her hair in a bit of a funky colour too!!

CT TRACEY'S NO 51 CHALLENGE FANTASY

Good Morning

It's my day today using one of Morgan's images from out latest challenge which is

FANTASY

which is one of my favourite.

So here she is!! This is fae fairy cameo which you can get from the Morgan's store. So have used my violet copics on her & tons of glitter!!!!

Cut out in a scallop circle. Then gone for a bluebell papers with flowers & swirls, also added the mirror board. My extras on her are the flowers, gorgeous corner with birds on, sentiment & the lilac satin bow.
