Hi all! We're so glad you've come back to play along with our fifth challenge! Can you believe it?!? We're up to our fifth! Wow! Time DOES fly by when you are having fun! ;) lol

This is an Anything Goes challenge so let loose! :) In order to win the main prize, you MUST use a Fitztown image but it is not necessary to play along with THIS challenge only.

Do you or have you ever used digital papers? 

Is there a specific "theme or pattern" that you download? 

I don't have anything specific I download, if I am desperately searching for something I need and can't find it I will search for digital papers. I think they are great as just like digi images if u need it straight away u can download it and not wait til u can get to the shops.

Colouring Medium

What is your medium of choice for digital images or do you prefer pre-coloured images?

I love my Copic markers; however, I have also used a few pre-coloured images when I know I just can't get it to look as good :-)

Are there images you would like to see (from no particular designer, just in general) but find it difficult to find?

I have a lot of difficulty making male cards (even though my house is full of males) so I am always after great male/boy images.

I use a lot of female images. I love making girly thing with lots of pink, flowers and bling :-)

Good Days and Pretty Cards

Have you ever had one of those days that were just destined to be good but you just didn't know it when you woke up? I had one today. Fortunately for me, it's almost over! :)

I woke up feeling great and that's a rarity for me. Had an MD appointment and received good and bad news. I focused on the good news. I'm an optimist! :)

Arrived at home and decided to do some crafting. I sat down with my daughter's furbaby, Fish. She's an almost 3 year old Summa. You know the kind... summa this, summa that. :) We love her. Not the smartest dog around but she's VERY affectionate and I'm afraid... I've got a tid bit spoiled! :( Not her fault though. :) So I sat down with her for a bit and fell asleep! Woke up three hours later with a start! Remembered I had several cards I needed to get done so I jumped up, had a quick lunch and sat down to work on these cards. 

The first card, I was pretty sure I could get it done in about an hour. Turned out to be a three hour job! :-\ I had the hardest time coloring the hair! Goes to prove... if you color... you must color every day or else you lose your "touch"... :)

After that, I decided to take a small break and sat down to pet Fish. I woke up two hours later with a start... :-\ ... drove out to retrieve my son from his job and came back home. Came straight into the craft room determined to save my day!

One thing, I should have done... I should have stayed off of Facebook all day! It's on those days when you think you're having a good day... but maybe you are not... and the silliest thing will set you off. 

So my day is almost over... and this is the best part of today for me. :)

My card:

I used a Fitztown image from the Kitten Queen CD. Card stock, printed paper, pearl beads, flowers, ribbon, lacey corner, 3-in-1 butterfly and heart punch and twine are from my stash. I used Stickles to add some shimmer to the butterfly and flowers. Here, I'll show you:

Pretty, aren't they! So all in all, I had a good day and made a pretty card and isn't that what life is all about? Good days and pretty cards? :)

I had a phone call today from our yardies wife asking if I could make a birthday card for him. They are the most lovely people you will ever meet.

I am so lucky to be on the Fitztown Design Team so thought of a gorgeous card I could make using one of the Fitztown images I was given a while back (that I thought was so not my style) that I thought I would never use as I don't often make male cards.

I can't believe I didn't even struggle making this card, I am so proud to say yes, I have created a vintage male card lol.

Sketch To Play With

Welcome to all our new followers and hello to all of those already following us.

Tonight I am posting a sketch for you to play with. There will not be any prizes for this, it is to give you something to work on while we are getting the blog up and running again.

We (the DT and Administrators) all thank you for baring with us during this time and apologize for not being able to foresee this but we are all in fix it mode to get it sorted as soon as possible :-)

This sketch is a simple one, there is no rules or a recipe (something I am only just learning about).
It is for fun and to see what you can all come up with.

You can use this design in any which way you choose and even those it looks like a card sketch you may do whatever you please following the basic design.
